BUSINESS SUCCESS STARTS AT HOME.
When there’s equality in your home, you can have it all - a thriving career, loving partnership, energy for your kids and time to yourself.
Women are the default caregivers and household managers - and they are on the fast track to burnout.
Did you know that 50% of “breadwinning” moms also manage the majority of the household workload? (from motherly.com)
When you add in the demands of your career on top of running the household, it’s no wonder we struggle with work-life balance.
You’re stuck between being a successful business leader, great mom and supportive partner, but you feel like you’re not winning at anything.
Feeling this way is not only defeating but exhausting.
LET’S GET REAL ABOUT THE PROBLEM…
IT’S TIME TO LIGHTEN THE MENTAL LOAD.
Keeping track of everything and making sure it gets done requires mental energy and valuable time. You’re the manager of the invisible checklist.
This is an example of the mental load we carry:
Did the trash get taken out? Do we have enough trash bags? Tomorrow is trash day. Does everyone have clean clothes to wear? Do the kids’ clothes still fit them? It’s a change of season, I need to go shopping. Are the cleaning supplies stocked? Do we have toilet paper? Paper towels? Is it time to cull the toys and books? What’s on the calendar? Who is getting shuttled where? What family events are happening? Are there any birthdays? Do we need to buy presents for anyone? What’s the meal plan this week? When will I go grocery shopping? Does anything need to be restocked in the pantry? I need to remember to clean out the fridge. The car also needs an oil change. We haven’t had a date night in a while, I should probably get one scheduled. I’ll also need to line the babysitter up for that. And make a reservation for dinner. And on and on it goes.
Maybe your partner willingly does things when asked, but wouldn’t it be nice to not have to ask? To not be on the hook for managing everything?
I’m here to tell you, it’s not your fault. You were never set up for success. And it doesn’t have to be this way.

There was a way to ditch the checklist and rebalance the workload, giving you more time and energy to invest in yourself and your career.
IMAGINE IF…
THIS DREAM CAN BECOME REALITY WITH FAIR PLAY!
What is Fair Play?
Fair Play is a time-and anxiety-saving system that offers couples a completely new way to divvy up domestic responsibilities. With four easy-to-follow rules, 100 household and childcare tasks, and a figurative card game you play with your partner, Fair Play helps you prioritize what’s important to your family so you can rebalance your home life, reigniting your relationship with your significant other, and reclaiming your free-time.
Successfully implementing Fair Play results in happier couples, more fulfilling lives and modeling equality in the home for our kids.

I will help you implement the Fair Play system with a custom plan designed specifically for your family.
You can participate individually or as a couple.
LET’S BUILD YOUR CUSTOM PACKAGE WITH:

OKAY, THIS ALL SOUNDS GREAT, BUT…
“My partner will never go for this.”
You can always sign-up as an individual, and if it makes sense you can invite your partner into the process at any time!
You will absolutely benefit from learning about the Fair Play system, the mental load and invisible labor.
“My partner is good compared to most, so do I really need this?”
I’d encourage you to ask yourself, do things feel fair at home? Could they be better?
I personally was in the “things are good” bucket. I have an incredibly supportive husband, who willingly participates with household tasks and caring for our 3 young kids. Implementing Fair Play freed me from the checklist, so I have more time and energy to pursue my interests and grow my business.
We now fully own our “cards” (aka responsibilities), which eliminated the resentment, anger and frustration surrounding managing our home.
ARE YOU READY FOR FAIR PLAY?

I know being a working mom isn’t easy, and if I’m being completely honest, it’s sometimes suffocating. It’s easy to feel burned out, overwhelmed and pulled in a million different directions.
It all came to a head for me when I had my first baby, Lexi. I realized the massive amount of work involved with managing our home and caring for her needs, all while trying to care for myself and run my business. This was when the role of invisible labor, the mental load women carry and how unfair it can all feel really hit me.
With the birth of each baby, my husband and I had to adjust how we ran our home. Little did we know, we were basically running the Fair Play playbook!
Now as a family of 5, we use the Fair Play system to run our home like our most important organization. My husband and I are truly co-CEO’s of our family.
This has freed up time and energy so I can pursue my hobbies and interests, spend time with my friends, travel and grow my business. Not to mention it has made my relationship with him and my kids much better.
I’m so passionate about helping women get support at home, so they can fulfill their potential.
Because after all, business success starts at home.
